General information on maintenance and service
There are no parts inside the appliance that must or may be serviced by the user. The appliance may only be opened, serviced and repaired by specialist personnel authorized by the manufacturer.
If the appliance is opened by unauthorized persons, there is a risk of electric shock and damage. In addition, all warranty and liability claims against the manufacturer will expire.
In the event of a malfunction, we have extensive remote maintenance options at our disposal to provide you with help and advice as quickly as possible.
If the appliance has been sent to you by post following a repair, please check for any transport damage when unpacking. The carrier can only be held liable if it was notified in writing immediately after delivery and discovery of the damage.
In such a case, contact your responsible service office immediately so that they can determine the amount of the damage.
If faults occur during operation, it is advantageous to describe the fault as precisely as possible so that the service company can localize and rectify the fault quickly.
Please use the software's feedback function whenever possible in the event of problems. Your feedback will be sent to us directly in a service ticket and, in addition to your description and possibly a screenshot of the malfunction, also contains log files that enable us to help you more quickly.
If faults or defects occur on the appliance, the appliance may not be used again until it has been repaired by a service agent authorized by the manufacturer.
