3D head in VHIT, Kalorik, ... cannot be displayed

Only the display of the 3D head is affected.
Measuring functions are not affected by this.

Measurements can be carried out.
If a calibration of the head is necessary to start the measurement, the calibration can be carried out by clicking in the area of the 3D head (or the error message).

Change of the owner of the directory C:\Program Files\WindowsApps.

The owner of the directory is set by default to TrustedInstaller set.

This reduces the access rights in such a way that medicaide cannot load the resources for displaying the 3D head. To change this, proceed as follows:

• Switch on the display of hidden elements in Windows Explorer

• Navigate to the path C:\Program Files\WindowsApps

• Right-click on the folder and open the properties of the directory

• On the "Security" tab, please click on "Advanced"

• In the next window please click on Change:

• In the next window, please enter Users and click on Check Names:

• Then click OK to return to the previous window.

• In the previous window, please click on Apply and then to OK.

• Also close the properties window with OK.

• By calling up the properties again, ensure that the owner of the directory
  C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ZeisbergGmbH.medicaide_.... is the current user:

• Also make sure that the current user has full access rights to the installation folder.

• Make sure that any desktop / start menu / taskbar shortcuts point to the medicaide.exe file in this directory.
