Note

Batteries are installed in the side arms of the glasses. Please also ensure that no moisture penetrates this area.

Disinfection

The goggles must be cleaned and disinfected before and after each patient use. Wash your hands before and after handling any parts of the goggles.

For disinfection, we recommend the use of disinfectant wipes with a low alcohol content (70% isopropyl alcohol solution, 30% purified water), e.g. https://www.schuelke.com/de-de/produkte/mikrozid-universal-wipes-premium.php. Ensure a contact/treatment time of 5 minutes, following the recommendation of the cleaning and disinfecting product used.

Warning

NO SPRAY DISINFECTION!

Warning

Do not use cleaning agents containing solvents. Such cleaning agents can attack plastics and damage the coating of the IR mirrors/filters.

Ensure removal of any disinfectant from the goggle to avoid skin irritation.
