The operation of medical devices requires special attention with regard to possible interference from other devices.
This Merlin Type2102 product communicates with a PC/Mac/iPad via a WLAN interface in accordance with the information on the PC interface in Physical properties Merlin (Typ2102, monocular model).
The product cannot be directly influenced by other devices, as Merlin is operated as a WLAN access point and only allows one client at a time to establish a connection.
Nevertheless, a high density of WLANs can lead to instability due to overlapping radio frequencies. In such cases, it is possible to switch the WLAN interface to a different channel.
