This is a step-by-step guide to installing TeamViewer QuickSupport.

1. You must first download TeamViewer QuickSupport (see software).

2. Open the downloaded file named “TeamViewerQS.exe”

3. To use TeamViewer you must accept the terms of the EULA and the AVV

4. Now the window opens with the TeamViewer ID and password required for remote maintenance.
