The audiometer will be delivered to you in a cardboard box provided for this purpose. It is advisable to store the packaging. The original packaging is helpful in the event of a defect or maintenance that needs to be carried out by post and prevents any damage during transportation.

Please check the carton and contents for damage and completeness immediately after each shipment or transportation and notify the transport company immediately of any defects.
If the device is to be temporarily stored or transported, please ensure that the storage room or vehicle is dry and that the temperature during storage is within the range of -10 to + 45°C. This applies to both packaged and unpackaged devices. This applies to both packaged and unpackaged devices.
It is recommended that the appliance is allowed to adjust to room temperature for at least half an hour after transportation before it is used.
