There are no parts inside the KA450 that must or may be serviced by the user. The KA450 may only be opened, serviced and repaired by specialist personnel authorized by the manufacturer.

There is a risk of electric shock if the appliance is opened by unauthorized persons. In addition, all warranty and liability claims against the manufacturer are void.

We don't like to say it, but even an electronic device like the KA450 can fail. We have set up a comprehensive service network to provide you with help and advice as quickly as possible.

If the repaired appliance has been sent to you by post, please check for any transport damage when unpacking. The carrier can only be held liable if it was notified in writing immediately after delivery and discovery of the damage.

In such a case, contact your responsible service office immediately so that they can determine the amount of the damage.

If faults occur during operation, it is advantageous to describe the fault as precisely as possible so that the service company can localize and rectify the fault quickly.
